At Peach Design we understand the importance of being noticed for all the right reasons. A shop front plays a crucial role in conveying your identity and Peach can ensure your exterior signage makes a real impact.

Using a variety of methods and materials we are able to provide a wide range of shop fascias and exterior signage, including intricate projecting signs, large Totems/Monoliths, simple aluminium trays and illuminated stencil cut systems.

Sign Tray Panels

Sometimes known as back panels or pan signs. From flat faced styles to a shaped or with a radius profile; we draw on an array of skills and experience to combine materials, styles, and finishes, all customised to a client’s needs. Built up letters, flat cut text and even vinyl detail can be added to the trays, We can also offer a discreet yet high brightness trough light for illumination.

Fret Cutting

With investment in the latest CNC routing machinery we have the capability to fret cut from the face of our sign trays most lettering for internal back illumination, even incorporating logos and odd fonts.

Illumination

Wall mounted trays can also be supplied with the fret cutting backed with acrylic for illumination with our range of low energy LED's.

Light Boxes

From the most detailed material cutting and folding; to the most desirable of illuminated effects, we can draw on an array of skills and experience to combine complimentary or contrasting materials, styles, finishes and lighting, customised for your Light Box needs. Our illuminated options not only include fluorescent tubes; we specialise in low profile discreet signs illuminated by means of LED diodes or our state of the art ‘LED Light Sheet’ product.

Lettering

Once you have chose the backing substrate we can produce a wide range of lettering to really bring your fascia to life. From basic raw MDF right through to laser cut stainless steel, we cut it all. We offer a wide variety of services from fast tracked cutting projects to simple nylon locators and from templates to braised brass locators and welded studs. We also offer a flame polishing service on acrylics to give your products the quality they need, with or without a bevelled edge. We can V-carve/engrave wood and acrylics for edge light systems or plaques or we can wet spray or powder coat products to achieve the result you require.

Basic Flat-Cut Lettering

The most commonly produced letters are made from acrylics, available in a wide range of colour and extremely durable for outside life. Cost effective and easy to cut, it’s the most popular medium. Other popular materials used and cut on a daily basis are Foamex or FPVC, stainless steel, brass, aluminium, aluminium composite, MDF, plywood, solid oak and almost any other material of choice.

Built up 3D Lettering

Peach Design have been manufacturing and supplying 3D built-up letters direct to the sign trade for many years now and have a high level of expertise. From basic fabricated brushed stainless steel letters right through to LED illuminated special effects, we do it all. Starting with standard letters and logos we fabricate from three main materials, stainless steel, aluminium and acrylic, all three have different techniques to bend and shape which means totally different skill sets are required to manufacture these products. This is why good investment in highly skilled staff is equally if not more important than the technologies

Illuminated Letters

Almost all modern day fabricated lettering is illuminated using LED technologies. Trade Signs UK holds a large stock of different IP rated products to cater for all our customer’s requirements. There are two main forms of illumination used with LEDs, one is the classic back halo illumination and the other is face illumination. With a wide range of possibilities and materials we provide both effects on one letter with differentcoloured illumination.
